How do I get awesome JupiterOne Swag?

JupiterOne swag can only be purchased on the JupiterOne Swag Shop using JupiterOne SwagBucks (J1 SwagBucks or SwagBucks for short). There are two ways you can score J1 SwagBucks: be a J1 Champion by participating in our community or redeem employee rewards. We are not currently accepting other payment methods.



How do I earn J1 SwagBucks?

What is a J1 Champion and how do I become one? J1 Champions are members of the community who engage with us on projects, answer peer-to-peer questions, and are vocal in our community platforms. Active members of our community earn points which advance their rank, and at certain ranks you will be rewarded with J1 SwagBucks.

Are you a J1 employee who wants to earn J1 SwagBucks? Using the employee incentive and rewards site (hint, it's where J1 employees say thanks at the end of the month!), redeem your J1 dollars for SwagBucks. You will need to request the amount in our rewards app and a J1 SwagBucks gift card will be issued.



How are J1 SwagBucks issued?

SwagBucks are issued via email. If you have requested a redemption for SwagBucks and have not received them, please contact us at swag@jupiterone.com.

Participants in the J1 community will receive SwagBucks as they reach certain ranks through participating in the community. For more information, see the recognition structure in the community forum. 

J1 employees can redeem employee incentives and awards issued through our rewards site by selecting the SwagBucks option in Local Rewards (scroll to the bottom of the page to find local rewards). Making a request issues a ticket for an administrator to issue a SwagBucks gift card. This request typically takes less than 1 business day to fulfill. 



How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, proceed to the checkout screen. Fill in your email address and your shipping address or check the information for accuracy if it is pre-filled. On the right-hand panel, where it says gift card, you will want to input your SwagBucks code and hit apply. This step can be done in either the info entry page or the shipping selection page. 

Shipping is included in the cost of the item if you choose economy shipping (our standard shipping option). At this time, we are not currently accepting other payment methods besides J1 SwagBucks. If you have not already entered your SwagBucks code prior to the payment page, you will need to do that in order to place your order. 



What happens if I don’t use the full balance of my SwagBucks?

The balance of your SwagBucks can be used for a future purchase and can be combined with additional SwagBucks that are earned. SwagBucks do not expire, except for those issued to employees as part of a monthly or annual budget. 



How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Once you place an order for swag, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend, after 3pm ET Monday-Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. 

Shipping is done via USPS or FedEx. Standard shipping times vary from 1-5 business days in the continental US. Shipments to noncontiguous states or to international destinations will take longer. Please refer to the tracking info for shipping status.

Where does my order ship from?

Your order ships from JupiterOne headquarters in Morrisville, NC. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. 



Can I pay with another payment method besides SwagBucks?

At this time, we are not currently accepting other payment methods besides J1 SwagBucks. 



How do I request an exchange? 

Please contact us at swag@jupiterone.com to request your exchange. The easiest way to do this is to reply to the order confirmation email so we have both the order number and order details. When sending the exchange request, please also indicate what item you would like to exchange your item for, and the desired size.  



How do I request a refund? 

Please contact us at swag@jupiterone.com to request your refund. The easiest way to do this is to reply to the order confirmation email so we have both the order number and order details, both of which are necessary to initiate a refund. 

Refunds will be issued as SwagBucks to be used on future orders or you may exchange your item for a different size or item. 



Where do I send my item that I would like to return? 

Once you have received a return authorization, please ship it using the return label to JupiterOne headquarters at 2701 Aerial Center Parkway, Suite 120, Morrisville, NC 27560. Please do not ship any items that do not have a return authorization. 



What can I do with my SwagBucks if I do not wish to use them for a swag purchase?

We are happy to make a donation on your behalf in the amount of your SwagBucks balance. Please contact us at swag@jupiterone.com and we will assist you with converting your SwagBucks to a donation.
